Terms and conditions
The terms under which you use the Netradar consultancy service: what we guarantee, what we do not, and how the contract with your chosen provider works.

1. Who we are
The netradar.ro website is operated by SC ROBERT-SIM SRL, VAT no. RO10488937, Trade Register no. J22/379/1998, registered at str. Fantanilor nr. 35, bl. B1, ap. 44, Iasi, Iasi County, Romania. You can write to us at contact@netradar.ro or call +40 711 000 555, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 20:00 (Romanian time).
2. What this website is
Netradar is an independent advisory service for internet and television. We check which options are actually available at your address, show you which packages can be installed and tell you honestly whether it is worth changing anything.
We are not a telecommunications provider. We do not issue bills for subscriptions, we do not handle complaints and we do not fix service faults on behalf of the provider you currently have. For those, please contact the call centre of your own provider.
3. Our service is free for you
Checking availability, comparing options, the advice itself and help with the paperwork cost you nothing, whatever you decide in the end. We never ask you for payment at any stage. We are paid by the providers we work with, when a customer chooses to sign a contract through us.
4. What „Order now” means on this site
The „Order now” button on the offer cards sends a request to us. It is not a firm order and it does not create any contract.
What happens after you send the request:
- We contact you on the channel you chose, within business hours.
- We check what can actually be installed at your address.
- We confirm the package, the price for the first 24 months and the standard tariff that applies afterwards.
- If you agree, we schedule the installation and help you with the documents.
- The contract is signed between you and the provider, at installation.
Until you sign the contract with the provider you are under no obligation whatsoever and you may change your mind at any time, at no cost and without giving us any explanation. You can tell us by phone, on WhatsApp or by email.
5. Prices and packages shown on this site
The packages published here are the ones we install most often at the time the page was last updated. For every package we show both the price for the first 24 months and the standard tariff that applies from month 25.
- Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON), VAT included, and belong to the provider, not to us.
- Prices and commercial terms may be changed by the provider without prior notice to us.
- The final price applicable to you is confirmed by phone, before installation, depending on your address, on whether you are a private individual or a company, and on the services you already have.
- Availability of a package at a given address is finally confirmed by the provider, following its own technical check.
- Installation timeframes are estimates and depend on the provider and on the specifics of the address.
- Devices at special prices are subject to the stock available at the provider, usually one per contract.
If the price has changed between your request and our confirmation, we tell you the new price clearly before any next step. We never install anything at a price you have not confirmed.
6. The contract is concluded with the provider
Any electronic communications services contract is concluded between you and the provider you choose, on the terms set by that provider. We help with the check, the comparison, the documents and the installation appointment, but we are not a party to that contract.
Your consumer rights towards the provider — including the right to withdraw within 14 days of concluding a distance or off-premises contract, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 — are exercised against the provider, in accordance with the documents you sign with it. We are happy to explain how, if you ask us.
7. What we guarantee and what we do not
We do our best to make sure the information we give you is correct at the time of the check. However, we are not liable for the commercial decisions of providers, for later changes to their offers, for the quality of the service delivered by the provider, or for delays outside our control.
We do not guarantee that you will find a better alternative. If the check shows that switching is not worth it, we tell you so directly.
8. Your obligations
- You give us accurate information about the address and about your situation. If the data is wrong, the check cannot be accurate.
- You only send requests for addresses where you are entitled to contract services.
- You do not use the forms for automated submissions, spam or testing.
9. Your personal data
The data you give us in the forms is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In short: we use it to reply to you and to check availability at your address, and if you decide to order, we pass on to the provider the data needed for installation. We do not sell your data to anyone.
10. Intellectual property
The texts, structure and graphic elements of this website belong to SC ROBERT-SIM SRL. Package names, trademarks and provider materials belong to their respective rights holders and are used solely to identify the services.
11. Complaints
If you are unhappy with the way we treated you, write to us at contact@netradar.ro. We reply within 30 days at the latest.
As a consumer you may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Complaints about the service itself, about your bill or about faults must be addressed to your provider, not to us.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update this document when the service or the law changes. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date of the last update is shown at the top.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably where possible and, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
